What’s the score on SDG14 at half time?

In 2015, 193 countries committed to achieve the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. This year marks the half-way point—including for SDG14, Life Under Water.
SDG14 has several sub-targets which cover protecting and restoring ecosystems; making fishing sustainable and ending harmful subsidies; reducing marine pollution and ocean acidification; conserving coastal and marine areas; and increasing scientific knowledge.
